The power of positive impact

23 April 2019

The discovery issue

Life is a constant series of discoveries. Here at Boost, for instance, we’ve discovered that you can never have too many curries.

In this issue of Boost News, you’ll get a step-by-step guide to running project discovery workshops. You’ll also learn how to discover the Agilist within, experience the sights and sounds of The Great War and delve into the surprises that lie in store on DigitalNZ.

Discover success with your next project

The Discovery Workshop Made Simple is our step-by-step guide to running a successful project kick-off meeting.

It takes you from vision to delivery in a day, setting you up to create the product your customers won’t be able to live without.

Based on our popular Kick-off kit, it’s been distilled into one 18-minute read.

Agile training: from discovery to delivery

The Agile Professional Foundation is a two-day Agile immersion course, certified with both ICAgile and the Project Management Institute.

It starts by giving you a solid grounding in the Agile mindset, so you know how to apply Agile principles to all your work. Then it shows you practical examples in action. By completing Agile discovery activities from our Discovery workshop guide, you get a headstart in putting what you learn into practice. And joining us in our Agile development studio lets you see how real life Agile projects deliver more value, sooner.

Bringing Anzac day to life

Along with all the other emotions it brings, Anzac Day is a source of quiet pride for us here at Boost. That’s because projects we’ve worked on have helped bring the day to life for many Kiwis and Aussies.

(For our international readers, Anzac Day commemorates those in the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps who fought at Gallipoli in WWI, and all who have served and died in wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations since then.)

Anzac Sights & Sounds

We built Anzac Sights and Sounds to commemorate the 2014 anniversary of Anzac involvement in The Great War.

Experience the sights and sounds of WWI through film and sound recordings from both countries’ archives.
