I came away with a much better understanding of the Agile approach and so many useful, practical tools.

Hands-on training from the comfort of your computer

We’ve tailored the course for remote learning, with more discussion and regular collaborative practical exercises via Zoom breakouts and MURAL workspaces.

To make sure you have everything you need, you’ll also get a physical training kit of resources, tools, treats and daily “do not open” surprises.

The result is a hands-on introduction to the principles and practices of Agile that lets you put what you learn into action the moment you get back to work.

Brilliantly done. I was sceptical of the Zoom platform at first but you guys made it awesome!"

Structured to make learning easy

ICAgile advised us to run the course over four days to avoid VC overload and to allow brains to process what they’d learned.

You’ll cover the following modules over four consecutive mornings (9 am – 12 noon NZ time):

  1. Understanding the Agile Mindset
  2. Frameworks and Roles
  3. Creating a Strong Culture
  4. Planning and Executing

Making the course shorter over more days when online was a fantastic idea.
