Locking security into Agile development

The key to security in Agile software development is having a team that is empowered to lock security into their own practices, processes and pipelines.

Security in Agile development is about embracing change. Rather than controlling change, you set up your people and processes to make change safe. And because Agile is iterative, you want to build security assurance into each iteration.

We’ve created a non-technical guide that breaks down what this looks like in practice. It’s designed for anyone leading, supporting or planning Agile software projects: project managers, product leaders, scrum masters and developers looking for a steer on what to do (if not how to do it).

Meet our Agile training team

One of the benefits of our Agile training is that you’re learning from working Agile coaches. Every day, Ruka, Mette and Rebecca put the principles of Agile into practice delivering real-world projects. This means they have a wealth of practical experience in the Agile methodologies that we cover in our courses.

Running a Google Forms remote retro (with help form a cat)

Simple retrospective to run if people are working remotely

With more people working remotely now we’re in the red traffic light setting, we thought we’d share a simple way to run a remote retro.

When some or all of you are working from home, it’s more important than ever to check in on how the team is going. It’s also a bit harder because you need a digital space to share ideas in. We’ve found that Google Forms do the trick.
